Trade & Payment Terms
LitonLaser offers three types of Incoterms trade terms and four payment methods. You can choose the trade cooperation plan that best suits your needs.
Trade Incoterms Selection

Cost and Freight
C&F is the most common international trade term. The manufacturer is responsible for producing the machine and finding a shipping company to transport it to the customer's international customs. The customer is responsible for customs clearance.

Ex Works
EXW terms. The manufacturer is only responsible for completing the production plan on time; the customer needs to find a suitable freight company and customs clearance company for the transportation and customs clearance of the machines.

Delivered Duty Paid
DDP terms are the most convenient for buyers. Our factory will take full responsibility for production, shipping, and customs clearance, finding the right freight and customs companies and delivering to your door. As a buyer, the customer simply needs to wait.
How to Choose Incoterms?

Beauty Salon Owner
Beauty salon owners typically own many machines and have some customs clearance experience, so they can choose C&F or DDP terms.

Clinic Doctor
Clinic doctors usually have sufficient experience in importing equipment, and most choose C&F services, while some choose DDP terms.

Distributors/Resellers
Distributors and resellers have larger orders and more experience in shipping and customs clearance, so they tend to choose EXW terms.

Personal Use Buyer
For individual buyers, who often lack customs clearance experience, we generally recommend choosing the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
The Importance of Incoterms
Incoterms were originally designed to eliminate linguistic inconsistencies by providing the same definitions of terms for all parties. Although they are agreed upon between the seller and buyer, they provide clear definitions of costs, obligations, and risks for all parties involved in the transaction.
Therefore, Liton Laser will incorporate Incoterms into your contracts and display them on your commercial documents.

Trade and Payment FAQs
Incoterms terms of trade are numerous, but in reality, they define the division of responsibilities for the production, transportation, and customs clearance of goods. If you have experience and capability in customs clearance and transportation, you can choose EXW; if you only have import experience, you can choose C&F; if it's your first time buying, then DDP is the best choice.
Incoterms are the basic agreement between buyers and sellers, which stipulates the division of responsibilities. They need to be reflected in all commercial documents, including contracts, invoices, packing lists, etc., and must clearly indicate which version of Incoterms is used.
Liton Laser offers four payment methods: bank T/T transfer, PayPal, Alipay, and Western Union. You can choose any suitable payment terms.
After you confirm your purchase of a Liton Laser machine, a sales representative will provide a pro forma invoice for payment. You can verify the authenticity of the account through the official email address: info@litonlaser.com or WhatsApp number: +86 137 2988 0023.
