How Do We Make Machines?
1. Confirmation Criteria
Liton Laser machines are available in different specifications and standards, and customers can freely add logos and choose languages.
2. Parts Procurement
For the core components of the machine (laser source, coolant, display screen, etc.), we will choose to import them from the United States or Germany.
3. Software Version
We create a software version number for each customer and each machine. New customers need to create a new version, while repeat customers can directly copy the version.
4. Parts Assembly
Assemble all the machine parts into a basic architecture. The installation and wiring of the core hardware require careful attention to ensure accuracy.
5. Add Software
Software chips and machine control boards are added to the machine model, and the hardware components are driven and controlled by software.
6. Machine Testing
With the initial completion of the complete machine, we need to test and check its safety and energy parameters. Each check has specific numerical requirements.
7. Customer Inspection
Once the machine is completed, we need to wait for customer confirmation, which can be done by taking photos, having a video call, or visiting the factory.
8. Machine Packaging
Once the customer confirms everything is perfect, we will use packing machines with airline crates and pearl cotton to ensure safety during transportation.
