Machine Delivery Support

Safe Packaging
1. Multiple packaging options are available (wooden crates, cardboard boxes, aluminum cases), depending on the product.
2. The interior of the crates is lined with pearl cotton, EPE foam, bubble wrap, and other foam materials for cushioning and protection of the equipment.
3. Moisture-proofing measures are added, such as silica gel desiccant, to ensure that the equipment does not become damp during sea transport. We also shoot packaging videos for our clients.

Global Transportation
1. Offers multiple transportation options: express delivery, air freight, rail freight, and sea freight.
2. Track the entire logistics process with the tracking number and check the machine's location in real time.
3. Special logistics support: For some countries, we offer truck and road transport.
4. Global delivery service, providing door-to-door service whether you are on an island or in a remote area.

Shipping Time
1. Express delivery typically takes only 3-5 days. This is the best option if you need to get the machine quickly.
2. Air freight usually takes 15 days. Its advantage is that both price and time are within the acceptable range for most customers.
3. Rail freight takes one month. The price is lower, but there is usually a waiting list.
4. Sea freight takes two months. However, it is the cheapest shipping method.

Trade and Payment Terms
Trade Terms
Liton Laser primarily offers three types of trade terms, allowing customers to choose the appropriate terms based on their specific circumstances.
- C&F (Cost and Freight). We handle production and shipping, while the customer handles customs clearance.
- EXW (Ex Works). We are only responsible for production; shipping and customs clearance are handled by the customer.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We handle production, shipping, and customs clearance. The customer simply waits.
