1. Thulium Laser Treatment Process
In the process of penetrating the skin, 1927nm thulium laser must be gradually attenuated and absorbed from the epidermis to somewhere in the dermis, because it is a long-pulse laser, which mainly manifests as a thermal effect.
From practice and testing, we know that the thermal effect is mainly in the middle layer of the dermis, and the epidermis has a small water content, so it will not be damaged by strong temperature rise during the heating process. Therefore, when receiving treatment, customers will feel that the heat of 1927 is “very internal”. After the treatment, customers rarely have edema and damage, and only have a transient slight redness of the skin.
2. Characteristics of Thulium Laser Treatment
After the treatment, the skin will produce a series of lasting effects. They reduce the energy density of the light output appropriately, and then use a specific light modulation method to heat and irradiate multiple times, so that the light can work deeper in the treatment area and avoid the adverse results of ablation. 2. Laser Whitening Details

In actual treatment, the dermis tip machine handpiece should be used to scan the facial epidermis for treatment. Usually, the whole face needs to be scanned twice. For areas with obvious melanin, the pulse width and power should be increased, and the point spacing should be reduced for treatment again until the skin turns red and feels slightly hot when touched, which means the treatment is over.
After the treatment, whitening skin care products need to be used in time. After thulium laser treatment, the skin microchannels are opened, and applying skin care products can achieve the best treatment results.
3. Before and After Treatment

2. Laser Wrinkle Removal Treatment

The choice of machine handpiece usually chooses to use a roller tip. The roller handpiece has a lifting function, which can lift the epidermal wrinkles and heat the mesoderm to stimulate collagen regeneration.
